Formed in 1978, Stroud, Glos, UK Pendragon toured extensively with Marillion for several years in the UK whilst building their own strong and loyal following. 1983 Saw Pendragon play to 30,000 strong audience at Reading Festival, they also recorded a live session for Tommy Vance's Friday Rock Show on BBC Radio1 (re-aired on BBC 6 Music Feb 08) 1987 Pendragon set up their own label “Toff Records” During the 1990's Pendragon grew from strength to strength with Masquerade Overture selling over 60,000 copies on their own label.
Following the success of 2005's Believe album, Pendragon played many festivals during 2007 including, Loreley (Gemany with Jethro Tull and Fish) Minnuendo (Spain with Pain of Salvation) Reichenbach (Germany with Fish) RoSFest (USA Headliner) During 2008 Pendragon released their 8th full studio album “PURE” through their own website which then came out on general release in March 2009. They completed a hugely successful 30 date European tour in Autumn 08 and have played even more shows and festivals throughout 2009 to promote the new DVD Concerto Maximo, including guesting for Dream Theater in Portugal, playing Loreley Festival Germany and special guests at the Fish Convention.
January 2010 saw Pendragon scoop the following Classic Rock Society awards : Nick - Guitarist of The Year 2009. Scott - Drummer of The Year 2009. Clive- Keyboards Player of The Year 2009. Pendragon- Gig of The Year 2009. Pure was released on vinyl, and the band headed off to the USA to headline RoSFest in Philadelphia, and also played at Sweden Rock Festival [Guns And Roses, Aerosmith, Stonesour etc] and High Voltage Festival London [ELP ,ZZ Top, Foreigner]. 2011 April Pendragon release their new studio album Passion.

When I was about four years old my mum used to play Beethoven and a lot of classical music all the time and always had Radio 2 on playing the Beatles, Andy Williams, etc.

Er... I didn't buy them, just borrowed my sisters, but the first single I ever bought was probably either "Metal Guru" by T. Rex or "10538 Overture" by the Electric Light Orchestra. I was a massive T.Rex fan!

Passion, Pink Floyd "Dark Side Of The Moon" blew me away and still does.

Peter Gee

First got into music
Peter had piano lessons for a year at the age of 5. Then he got his first guitar at about 9 or 10. He had 2 years folk guitar lessons. Peter got his first electric guitar at about 13. And he had more piano lessons from age 14 to 16.
First record bought
A collection of Western movie themes was his first credible record.
Most influential album
"Moonmadness" by Camel was probably the most he listened to.

Clive Nolan

First got into music
His parents were music teachers, so he started playing piano at the age of three, then violin at the age of eight, the went on to get a music degree at University.

"Danse Macabre" by Saint-Saens, which is a symphonic poem, part of a collection of music which I bought when I was eight.

"Seconds Out" by Genesis was the album that made me want to be in a rock band.

First got into music
Scott has been playing drums since the age of 9. Over the last 27 years, he has been in many different bands: Angel Witch, Caamora, Euphoria, Shadowkeep, Tian.
