Overseas mail is sent "Royal Mail Small Packet Rate" UNLESS additional postage is paid for. Mail to EEC countries normally takes unto 10 days from dispatch, although post to Italy and the Netherlands is currently taking longer. Mail to the UK is sent 1st Class Royal Mail post.
